EducationHUMANITAS was created in 2004 with the aim of working towards alleviate poverty by promoting and implementing education programs that help individuals and communities to capitalize on their own intellectual and environmental sources so to create sustainable wealth for themselves and for the community.

The mission is based on the understanding that education is the most powerful tool to reduce poverty, as it is the only mean to improve people's life standard in a sustainable manner.

There are many organizations all around the world, devoted to similar aims.

The unique attribute of EducationHUMANITAS is the strong believe that charity cannot solve poverty in a sustainable manner. We believe that importing foreign solutions, no matter what kind they are, will render populations even more dependent on external help, therefore will render them even poorer.

EducationHUMANITAS' unique approach consists of respecting the peculiarities of each individual and community, therefore our programs do not import external help, but work on finding in house sustainable life improving solutions.Through this approach we enable people to find their own way to get out of poverty in a durable and reproducible manner.
